NEXUS are one of the UK’s largest MGAs (Managing General Agent) and have just set up an office in Carrigtwohill, Cork, under the leadership of Stephen Comerford who is the new business development manager – Nexus Ireland & UK. Last year Nexus announced it was establishing a branch in Ireland after acquiring EBA Insurance Services in 2015.
Stephen requested Barry Design’s assistance in designing and installing new signage at their offices. For this international brand we wanted an impressive sign for their main interior office wall (Pictured). The logo and individual letters were laser cut out of 10mm perspex, in the Nexus brand colours. We also produced the exterior sign by the front door, on laminated vinyl wrapped over thick foamex and mounted on pegs to stand out neatly from the roughly textured wall.
